I have been using Enpara for about five months and even transitioned my POS system to them. As a business owner with 15 years of experience actively using POS devices, I’ve had no issues with any bank. While other banks have offered me credit cards in the past, which I declined, I decided to apply for an Enpara credit card recently. However, my application was unexpectedly denied.
I’ve never used a credit card before, but I have taken out loans from other banks, always repaying them well before the due date. I have no outstanding debts or negative financial history. When I contacted customer service, I was told to wait and reapply later, but many others in similar situations reported no success even after waiting months.
I find it frustrating that Enpara’s system, likely relying on artificial intelligence, has overlooked my long-standing credibility as a business owner. I request a thorough review of my case and approval for the credit card. As a loyal customer, I expect better consideration and support from Enpara.
