Enpara iPhone App Login Error

For the past 4–5 days, I have been unable to log into Enpara Bank’s new iPhone app. When I install the app, it asks me to log in with my credit card details, but after entering them, I get a “This account already exists” warning and cannot proceed further. I tried both Wi-Fi and mobile data, updated the app, deleted and reinstalled it, but the issue persists. I contacted customer service today, and they said they created a record, but I wasn’t given any reference number and no solution has been provided yet. During this time, I have been unable to make my payments and this has caused inconvenience. There is no problem with the old app or the internet branch, only with the new app. I request urgent resolution of this issue and the necessary support so I can log into the app without problems.
