After extensive research, I ordered Enfamil Enspire Gentlease Infant Formula for my baby from their website. This formula is currently very popular and highly recommended by many parents. I didn't see any negative reviews when I checked, so I felt confident in my choice. I placed the order on March 26th and was told I would receive a tracking number within 24 hours. However, after two days with no tracking information, I called customer service and was shocked to learn that my order had been canceled due to insufficient stock! Why wasn't I notified earlier? And why are products with stock issues even available for purchase? Now I have to wait another two days for the cancellation confirmation and then even longer for my refund. This is truly terrible customer service.
