Eneba.com Charged My Card for Binance Gift Card but Didn’t Deliver
I attempted to purchase a Binance gift card on Eneba.com, selecting the credit/debit card option and completing the 3D Secure payment process without any issues. The system confirmed my input and processed the transaction, but after a short delay, I received a message stating "payment failed." However, the money was deducted from my bank account.
This is completely unacceptable. I contacted customer support, providing screenshots, transaction receipts, and even a video recording of the purchase. Instead of resolving the issue, they insisted they never received my payment. If that's the case, where did my money go?
I demand an immediate refund or the delivery of my Binance gift card. Eneba.com needs to address this serious issue and stop misleading customers!
