The system confirmed my input and processed the transaction, but after a short delay, I received a message stating "payment failed." However, the money was deducted from my bank account.
This is completely unacceptable. I contacted customer support, providing screenshots, transaction receipts, and even a video recording of the purchase. Instead of resolving the issue, they insisted they never received my payment. If that's the case, where did my money go?
