Eneba Didn’t Deliver My Purchased Product



I’ve purchased from Eneba before without any issues, but recently, my orders have not been delivered. I bought a product, but instead of receiving it in my account, I only got an email confirmation. This has now happened twice, and despite waiting, the product never arrived. I contacted support, but there has been no resolution. This is completely unacceptable! If I pay for a product, I expect to receive it immediately. Eneba, I demand a prompt fix or a full refund! Customers should not have to chase down their purchases. Has anyone else faced this issue? If so, how did you resolve it? I expect this problem to be addressed as soon as possible!
