Eneba Verification Scam Purchase – Refund Request

I made a purchase on Eneba for 413.88 THB using TrueMoney Wallet with order number 1774955329998 / O260719200111650YN6B. This purchase was not made with the genuine intention to use the product, but as part of a so‑called “verification” requested by a third party. They told me to buy the product from Eneba and send it to the email address [email protected] in order to complete their verification process. After I failed to complete their verification and realized the situation was not legitimate, I immediately asked for my money back. However, they told me that I would only receive any refund if I fully completed their verification on “X”, which I do not accept and which makes me feel I have been misled and pressured into a purchase I did not really want. Since the purchase was accidental and made under misleading instructions from a third party, I kindly request a full refund of the 413.88 THB back to my TrueMoney Wallet and the cancellation of this order. I would like Eneba to review this situation as a case of accidental and induced purchase driven by a suspicious verification request and help me recover my funds.
