Eneba.com Charged My Card Without Authorization
On May 7, 2024, Eneba.com charged ₺884.27 to my credit card ending in 1838 without my knowledge or authorization. I did not make this purchase, and I have no idea how my card was used on their platform. This unauthorized transaction is still in the pending (provision) stage, and I demand that it be canceled immediately.
Eneba.com must take responsibility for unauthorized charges on customer accounts and ensure a swift resolution to prevent further financial loss. I expect a full refund and an explanation of how this happened. If Eneba fails to act, I will escalate this matter further. Fix this now and return my money!
