Eneba Transaction Failed but $41 and $21 Still Charged

On February 9, 2026, at around 8:55 PM, I attempted to purchase an application on Eneba using my TEB bank salary debit card. I made two separate payment attempts. In both cases, the screen displayed a “transaction failed” message.

However, despite the failed transaction notices, my bank account shows that two separate amounts were charged: $41 and $21.

Although the application purchase was never completed, the funds were still deducted from my card. This has caused me financial harm and serious concern.

Since the transactions were marked as unsuccessful but the money was still withdrawn, I am requesting that Eneba fully refund both charged amounts as soon as possible.

I also request that appropriate checks be conducted to ensure this issue does not happen again, and that I receive clear communication regarding the resolution.
