I just discovered that Eneba charged my PayPal account six times for 219.60₺ each, without my knowledge or authorization. I have no idea how this happened, but I expect immediate action from Eneba to investigate and refund my money.
I also noticed that the transactions are still pending in my Enpara account, and I request that they be canceled immediately to prevent further charges. This is completely unacceptable—unauthorized transactions should not happen on a trusted platform.
Eneba needs to reach out to me as soon as possible to resolve this issue. I expect a full refund and an explanation for this unauthorized activity.
