Eneba iTunes Gift Card Not Delivered After ₺530 Payment
Today I purchased a product — App Store and iTunes game cards — and made a payment of ₺530 from my own Ziraat Bank account via Eneba and Payguru using an IBAN transfer. I reported the issue to support and provided my email, phone number, and other details. My full name is already listed in the payment. The card payment was made by me, but I entered my friend’s email address because the SMS code for the gift card delivery would be sent to them as I intended this as a gift.
However, the payment has not yet been processed, and the gift card has not been delivered. I contacted support again to file a complaint, hoping this will speed up the resolution. I kindly request that the responsible team review this issue and ensure the delivery of my order.
