Eneba Gift Card Code Already Redeemed, Need New Code, Proof 'n Ticket

On 5 June 2026, I purchased a 50 AUD Roblox gift card from Eneba for a total of 38.04 AUD under the order number o-y7pq3ma. When I tried to redeem the code on the official Roblox redeem website, I received a message that the code had already been redeemed and could not be used. I immediately contacted Eneba support regarding this issue, but although four days have passed, I have not received any response or solution. I paid for a valid, unused 50 AUD gift card and instead received a code that is unusable. I kindly request that Eneba provide me with a working replacement Roblox gift card code for this purchase as soon as possible.
