Eneba.com, the in-game purchase site, has been a complete disappointment. They advertise a 20% cashback offer, but it’s nothing like what they claim. At first glance, it looks like there are no conditions, but the hidden terms make it nearly impossible to use. On top of that, the details are buried in a hidden section and written in a different language — even though the rest of the site is in Turkish.
They also claim that when you deposit money into the Eneba Wallet via bank transfer, you get 5% cashback. To take advantage of this, I deposited around ₺1,000, but when I spent it, the 20% cashback didn’t apply at all. And to even use the 5% balance, you first need to reach at least ₺200 in rewards.
In short, the “20% cashback” and “+5% cashback” claims are misleading and unusable. I couldn’t benefit from either. They’ve set it up so that customers fail — you can’t even withdraw your funds. On top of that, product prices are manipulated so that you always end up with at least ₺50 stuck in your account. This is a site full of tricks designed to keep your money. Don’t waste your time — customers are being blatantly taken advantage of.
