Electrolux Washer and Dryer Installation Failure

I bought an Electrolux washer and dryer based on the advice of Media Markt employees. Due to limited space, I initially came for a dryer, but the brand representative claimed that it would be more efficient to have separate devices and, with a new promotion, I would avoid space issues by stacking them. He also claimed that the accessory for stacking the machines on top of each other was included in the promotion and was given away free of charge. As a result, on October 14, 2023, they sold me the devices. I was told that the devices would arrive in 2-3 days, but only the washing machines arrived without the accessories. When I contacted the store representative, I was told that my washing machine would be installed and that the accessory would arrive in no more than two days. When I asked about the accessory, the service representative told me that they hadn't had it in stock for a long time and that you couldn't even buy it for money. Mr. A****, the Media Markt store manager, has been deceiving me for the last 15 days, claiming that the accessory will arrive today or tomorrow. Finally, when I lost patience, I was told that they could return the dryer because it was still packed, but not the washing machine because it had been installed. Instead of the dryer I had hoped for, I am now forced to use a washing machine without a dryer. How can such big names sell products they don't have in stock, with no guarantees about delivery times? And it's a promotion, too! It's truly unbelievable. If my problem is not resolved, I will pursue all legal options. Every brand must accept responsibility for its actions!

I have already spoken with your customer service representative and reported my complaint, but you have not responded!

A customer service representative called and said that this issue is not the company's problem, but mine and the dealer's. 😂 In this country, you even degrade world-renowned brands with poor service. I think they should also know who they are having represent their brands!
