Electrolux Upright Vacuum LED Lights Not Working

My Electrolux upright vacuum cleaner's LED indicators were not working. When I called the service, they instructed me to send the device. I sent it, but there were complications during delivery. Despite numerous calls and reminders of my identity, I was informed that the product had not been located. Finally, I called again one day and was chastised, claiming that there was nothing and no record of my name. I said I called five times, but they didn't even answer. Then they began processing, claiming that there were problems with the filter and offering to replace it for a fee. I agreed because it was covered by the warranty. Throughout the conversation, I reiterated that the issue was with the filter. They sent me the device, but the courier charged me an extra fee, which I paid. They didn't tell me this was required, and I couldn't get my money back later. The device problem was also not resolved, and my appliance was not serviced. I will never buy from this company again, and I will tell everyone in my circle about it. My sister also purchased a product from this company. My mother and I were also planning to buy, but I will never let them. Unfriendly business.
