I bought two Electrolux EW8H359ST dryers from Media Markt on June 11, 2023. Technicians came for installation on November 14, 2023. The service workers said there weren't any problems. They set up the machine quickly and then left. After they left, I saw a dent in the front of the machine and called customer service right away. I got the reply "No worries." After that, I got in touch with Electrolux and asked them to exchange it. It's been four days, but I am still waiting to hear back from them. I called again and told them how urgent it was, but they still didn't call me back. I can't use the product; I still have it. I can't connect that kind of behavior with that brand. I bought something from Electrolux for the first time, which is how it turned out. I'm not going to buy anything from this brand anymore, and I won't suggest it to my friends either. I received the product with a defect. I need it replaced immediately, or else I'll contact consumer protection authorities.
