Help Me Recover My eFootball Account

I have been experiencing a serious problem with my eFootball account on Android for about two months. My account was hacked, and the person who took it restarted my phone. After this, I no longer know or remember the password linked to my eFootball account, and I have lost access. I contacted eFootball/Konami support about this situation, but unfortunately, I did not receive any effective help, and my access problem was not resolved. My account remains out of my control, even though I am the rightful owner. I kindly request that my eFootball account be recovered and that full access be returned to me as soon as possible.
