eFootball Mobile Account Hacked - Cannot Access Konami ID

I play eFootball on mobile using a Konami ID, and today in the afternoon I lost access to my account. I do not know how the other person obtained my account details, but it appears that my account has been stolen and I can no longer use it as before. I have not yet been able to contact Konami or eFootball support about this issue. I kindly request that my eFootball mobile account linked to my Konami ID be investigated and recovered, and that full access be restored to me as the rightful owner.
