Konami eFootball Account Hacked and Linked to Another Device Without Permission

I have been unable to access my Konami account linked to eFootball on Android since 12 July. On that date I received a notification in my Gmail that my Konami account had been linked to another device without my permission. After this, I could no longer log in to my Konami ID. This account is very important to me because it contains many valuable in‑game assets such as eFootball players, eFootball points and eFootball coins that I collected over a long period. I have been using this Konami ID for around two years and I have never shared my account details with anyone. I contacted Konami support about this issue but I have not received any response so far. I am very disappointed that my account appears to have been accessed from another device and that I still cannot log in. I kindly request that my Konami account linked to eFootball on Android be restored, that unauthorized access be removed, and that I be allowed to securely access my account again.
