Efootball Deleted My Account – Lost High-Level Players

I logged into Efootball, only to find that my account was completely gone—the game forced me to create a new account from scratch! I had Del Piero at level 105 and several other epic players, and now everything has disappeared. I suspect my account was hacked, because it's still visible in the game—other users can see it on their friend lists, and it’s still receiving updates like all active accounts. For example, when I lost access, Haaland was at level 101, but now, with the latest update, his stats have increased to 103. This proves my account wasn't deleted but taken from me! Efootball, restore my account or refund my purchases! Has anyone else experienced this?
