On November 2 at 4:16 a.m., an unauthorized transaction of $8 was made through the eFootball mobile app using my bank card, and the money was withdrawn from my account without my consent. This incident occurred in Bitlis, Turkey.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted Ziraat Bank customer service and reported the issue immediately. However, I have not yet reached out to the eFootball support team.
I have never experienced a similar problem before, and my account is still active and accessible. I request that this unauthorized transaction be investigated and that the $8 withdrawn from my account be refunded as soon as possible.
