eFootball Ranking Points Lost After Random Disconnects

While I’m playing matches in eFootball, my connection sometimes cuts out completely for no clear reason, and the system treats it as if it’s my fault, lowering my ranking points. This happened again during a match I played on February 17 around 8:05 PM, and I was unfairly hit with a -30 point penalty because the connection dropped.
This is not the first time. I have had the same issue 2–3 times before, where the connection dropped during a match and my points were reduced each time. Even though my internet connection is generally stable and I do not have broader connectivity problems, this keeps happening only while I’m in the game, which makes me believe the issue is on the game/server side.
I request that these unfair penalties be corrected—starting with restoring the points that were deducted from my account—and that the in-match disconnection problem be investigated in detail and permanently fixed.
