After the recent updates, eFootball Mobile has become almost unplayable for about three weeks. During matches, there are constant freezes, the pass commands I input are often delayed or don’t register at all, and when I try to defend, my players fail to react properly, making defense nearly impossible.
During this time, I have submitted four separate complaints, yet no improvement or explanation has been provided. Despite how severely the game has deteriorated and the number of complaints coming from players, no concrete action has been taken, which has left me deeply disappointed.
I request that the in-game freezing, passing delays, and defensive issues be urgently fixed, that network and performance optimizations be implemented, and that players be given clear and transparent information about this process.
