Recently, while playing eFootball League matches on the Android platform, I have been experiencing unfair losses caused by connection-related errors. During the matches, my internet connection works perfectly without any interruption, but after the match ends and I return to the game screen, a message appears saying “You lost. A problem occurred with your connection.” Even though I actually won the match, the system records it as a loss.
The most recent incident happened today, Tuesday, February 24, around 5:40 PM, and I have encountered similar situations multiple times this week. Each time, the connection error appears at the end of the match, especially when I am about to win or have already won, and I lose ranking points unfairly.
Since my internet connection is stable and the error occurs only at the end of matches, it creates the impression that some opponents may be exploiting a bug or using a cheating method in the game.
I do not want my efforts and league ranking points to be lost unfairly in this way. I request that these suspicious matches and the opposing players involved be thoroughly investigated by the system, that players using cheats or exploits be identified and penalized, and that the match results and ranking points I lost because of this issue be reviewed.
