eFootball Live Update Error on PS5 Has Not Been Fixed Since April 2026

I play eFootball on the PlayStation 5 platform, and since 04/30/2026 I have been completely unable to perform the live data update. Whenever I try to start the update, only an “error” message appears on the screen, the update never begins, and the process automatically cancels itself. Even after trying more than 20 times, the update still could not be completed.

This is not a one-time issue; it keeps happening repeatedly. Even after completely deleting and reinstalling the game, the problem was not fixed in any way, and I continue to encounter the exact same error. Because of this, I cannot play the game with updated live data and I am unable to fully enjoy or benefit from the game experience.

As a player who spends money on in-game purchases, I am directly affected by this issue and experiencing serious frustration. I want my account to be checked in detail and this live data update error to be resolved immediately. If necessary, I can provide my username directly to the company for further investigation.
