I’ve been dealing with a serious ongoing issue in the PlayStation 4 version of E-Football for quite some time. In the game, I can’t win any matches, and my players don’t run toward the ball at all. This problem has been present since the beginning and occurs in every single match, both online and offline.
Reaching customer support is nearly impossible, so I haven’t received any help or feedback so far. I’m using the official, subscription-based version of the game. My usernames are M********** and H**** b******.
I request that this problem be fixed through an in-game update as soon as possible. If this issue continues, I’ll have no choice but to delete the game entirely, as it’s become unplayable and frustrating at this point.
