After updating eFootball 2025 on Xbox on December 12, the game completely stopped launching. Before the update, I was able to play the game without any issues, but immediately after the update, the game no longer opens at all, which means I cannot use or play it in any way.
I contacted Xbox customer support regarding this issue, and they informed me that the problem is not related to Xbox, but is instead caused by the game itself. In other words, the issue clearly appears to be on the eFootball 2025 side.
For this reason, I am requesting that the eFootball 2025 team urgently fix this error, restore the game so it launches and is playable again without issues, and also provide some form of in-game compensation or goodwill gesture as an apology for the inconvenience and lost time I have experienced.
