eFootball Keeps Counting My Winning Matches as Losses on PC

On 04/29/2026, while playing eFootball on PC through the Steam platform, I received a “there was a problem with the connection” error in 3 out of the 5 PVP matches I played. In each of those matches, I was ahead in the score, but the system automatically counted the matches as losses. This has happened to me many times over the past few weeks, and almost every time it occurs, I am winning the match.

There is no disconnection, slowdown, or issue with my internet connection. I only receive this error in this game. My connection works extremely stable and smoothly in other applications and games. Despite this, frequently getting connection errors in eFootball and being unfairly given losses completely ruins my enjoyment of the game and causes me to lose the rankings I worked hard to build.

Even though my internet connection is stable, I want a necessary technical investigation to be carried out so I stop receiving this error in the game and so matches where I am clearly ahead are not unfairly counted as losses. I also want to state that if this problem continues in the same way, I am seriously considering deleting the game completely.
