eFootball Steam Connection Error Causes Unfair Losses While Leading
For about a month, I have been experiencing a serious connection problem in eFootball, which I play via my Steam account on PC. On 11/04/2026, in PVP mode, I played 5 matches and in 3 of them, while I was leading, I received an error and the system automatically counted these matches as losses. This situation has happened to me many times before as well and it almost always occurs when I am ahead in the match. During these periods I do not experience any disconnection, slowdown or problem with my internet connection; I only receive this error in the game. My connection works quite stably in other applications and games. Despite this, eFootball frequently gives connection errors and records unfair losses, which both ruins my enjoyment of the game and causes me to lose the ranks I have worked hard to achieve. I have evidence such as screenshots/video recordings showing that I received a connection error while my internet was working smoothly and that the matches were unfairly counted as losses. I request that the necessary technical investigation be carried out regarding my Steam account and eFootball game, that the underlying cause of this issue be identified and permanently resolved, and that the matches in which I was leading and received a connection error not be unfairly recorded as losses.
