eFootball Disconnect Error Keeps Giving Me Unfair 3-0 Losses on Steam

May 2 12:13 AM1

While playing eFootball through Steam, I randomly receive a “there was a problem with your connection” error during matches, and the game suddenly disconnects me. As a result, the match is recorded as a 0-3 loss. The same issue happened in every match I played today, and I was unfairly counted as the losing player each time.

This problem only occurs when I play eFootball. I have tried many solutions multiple times, including resetting my internet connection, restarting my modem, changing DNS and network adapter settings, adjusting in-game connection and port settings, and updating all of my drivers. Despite all of this, the issue continues. Sometimes it seems to disappear for a while, but then it starts again and turns into a constantly repeating cycle.

Even though many players like me are experiencing the same problem, the game records a 3-0 loss as if it were our fault, even when we have no actual connection issue during the match. This creates unfair competition and completely ruins the enjoyment of the game.

I expect this issue to be taken seriously, technically investigated in detail, and permanently fixed. I also expect an explanation and an apology for the frustration players have been put through. We want to enjoy playing the game, but because of these errors, we have now become hesitant to even log in.
