I haven’t been able to play E-Football on PC properly for about a month. After every match, I get an error message saying:
“The result may be under maintenance, or your network settings might be incorrect.”
There are no connection issues during matches, but as soon as the match ends, the connection drops, and the result is recorded as a loss. This issue started right after the latest update, and since then, it happens almost every 10 minutes — basically after every match.
I’ve tried reinstalling the game, checking my internet connection, and applying various fixes, but nothing has worked. My account email is s************@gmail.com**.
I’m asking for this connection error to be fixed immediately, as the game is currently unplayable, and every match ends in an unfair loss. I expect compensation for the losses and a permanent solution to this recurring issue.
