efootball Took Away My Account and Redirects Me to a New One
In the efootball mobile game, I can no longer access my account with the username "kdr pes" as of today. Whenever I try to log in, I keep getting the message "Welcome to your new account" and cannot reach my old account. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and even logging in from a different device, but the result did not change; I am redirected to another account. My account was free, and I had not made any payments. I have not yet contacted Konami customer service. I request that my account be reopened and that I regain access to my old data.
