eFootball Account Hacked – Request Account Recovery

I am writing because my Konami eFootball account was hacked and I can no longer access it. On 31st, I discovered that someone had gained access to my email account and used it to log in to my Konami account without my permission. My eFootball username is “errormnatii254” and the email address I used when registering my Konami ID is “ooden8***@gmail.com”. The hacked account ID is “ASKM-452-078-830”. When I tried to open eFootball on my Samsung A05 in Kenya, the game refused to log in and only showed an error during the login process. Around the same time, I received several emails from Konami stating that my personal information on the account had been updated and including a verification code for changing the Konami ID email address, even though I did not request or approve any such changes and immediately replied that I had not made them. I contacted Konami customer support and received an automated email confirming my inquiry with the reference number 8021881, but since then I have been waiting for about two weeks and the problem has not been resolved. I kindly request that my eFootball account be recovered and access be restored to me as the rightful owner. I would like Konami to investigate this unauthorized access, revert all unauthorized changes to my account information, and help secure my account so that this does not happen again.
