eFootball Account Hacked and Konami ID Email Changed

I am writing regarding a serious security issue with my eFootball 2027 account linked to my iPhone. On 12 August, someone stole my account, took control of my Konami ID and changed the email address associated with my account to another email that does not belong to me. Since this change, I am no longer properly in control of my account even though I had the impression that I was still able to connect and play for a short time. I received a Konami ID email with a verification code for changing the email address, which clearly shows that the email on my account was modified without my authorization. I did not request or approve this change and I am very worried that the person who did this may have access to my personal data and all my in‑game content. Before this theft happened, on 29 August 2026 I personally bought 2150 coins for 26.99 USD through APPLE.COM/BILL with my Ecobank Visa card. This purchase was made by me, but after the theft I am afraid that the thief can use or has already used these 2150 coins on my stolen account. I kindly ask Konami to urgently remove the fraudulent email address that was added to my eFootball account, restore my original email address if possible, secure my account and block any unauthorized access. I also request that you investigate this incident and help me recover my full eFootball 2027 account, including the 2150 coins I bought for 26.99 USD before the theft, so that I can use them safely on my own account.
