An amount of €69 was withdrawn from my bank account by eDreams without my knowledge. I wasn’t aware of any subscription or service linked to this charge, and it feels completely unfair. I cannot recover the amount on my own and urgently need help to get rid of this platform and hold them accountable. What they did is dishonest, and I want my money back.
