eDreams Refuses Refunds and Offers No Support for Flight Cancellations

Avoid eDreams at all costs! This company makes every request difficult and provides no real customer support. We purchased tickets for five people under reservation number "18839654634" for two flights: Istanbul-Milan with "a jet" and Rome-Istanbul with "Pegasus." Due to unforeseen circumstances, we needed to make a date change. However, eDreams’ website does not allow cancellations, directing us to handle changes through the airlines directly. We successfully canceled the Pegasus flight through Pegasus, but "a jet" stated they could not process the cancellation and that we must do it through the booking site. Both companies keep redirecting us to each other, and eDreams only offers automated responses with no human support available. Is this what they call professionalism? Do we have to resort to legal action? I am demanding a refund for my flight tickets immediately!
