eDreams Prime Unauthorized Credit Card Transaction

Today, I noticed that a charge of $10 USD labeled “eDreams Prime” was made from my Enpara account without my knowledge or approval. The transaction appears to have been completed online, and I did not sign up for any such membership or make any purchase.
As soon as I became aware of the charge, I contacted Enpara customer service. They informed me that my card was canceled and that a dispute process had been initiated. However, since this transaction was absolutely not made by me, I request that the dispute be resolved quickly and that the $10 USD charged by eDreams Prime be refunded to me.
I also request that the necessary security investigation be conducted regarding this unauthorized transaction and that all appropriate measures be taken to prevent a similar issue from happening again.
