eDreams Prime Subscription Won't Cancel

Last month, I realized that I had been subscribed to eDreams Prime without my knowledge or permission. I never knowingly approved or requested this membership, yet I was charged a total of 1,075 TL over 2 months through the account linked to the email address nilalisnug***@gmail.com. When I contacted eDreams customer service about this unauthorized membership and the charges taken from my account, they refused to cancel the subscription, saying that I would be gifted 70 euros if I purchased a ticket. I do not accept this approach, as I did not knowingly subscribe to the service in the first place. I request the immediate cancellation of my eDreams Prime membership and a full refund of the 1,075 TL that has been charged to me without my explicit consent. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved promptly and in writing.
