Urgent: Incorrect Amount Debited by eDreams for My Booking

Dear eDreams Customer Support, I recently booked a flight on January 29, 2025, at 11:15 AM from Auckland to Dunedin through eDreams. The total amount displayed and confirmed in my email receipt was $370.38 NZD, which I paid in full using my BNZ debit card. However, upon reviewing my bank statement, I found that $667.37 NZD was debited from my account instead of the expected amount. The transaction details also show that this amount was paid to eDreams. I kindly request an explanation regarding this discrepancy. If this is an error, I request a refund of the excess amount ($296.99 NZD) to my bank account at the earliest.
