eDreams Did Not Return $104 After Canceling Rental

I rented a car through the eDreams agency from the Sixt Gaziantep Airport office. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Sixt refused to deliver the car to me, stating that my Findeks credit score was too low. As a result, I requested to cancel the rental and had to rent a vehicle from another agency next door in order to handle my business.

On the same day, I canceled the reservation through eDreams. I had paid a total of $104 USD by credit card. However, even though 13 days have passed, no refund has been issued by eDreams. Only a symbolic amount of $0.01 USD was refunded, and the remaining balance has not been credited to my account.

Despite repeatedly trying to contact eDreams through all available communication channels, I have received no response. I did not use the vehicle at all, and I completed the cancellation process, yet almost the entire payment has not been refunded. I do not accept this situation. I request that the remaining $104 USD for the unused service be refunded to my credit card in full and without any deductions as soon as possible.
