eDreams Customer Support Refuses to Process Subscription Cancellation Request

Unable to cancel the subscription with phone call or email. They only provide phone number on web site and no other way to cantact, i tried to call them and they said they only can do discount for the membership but not abel to pross a cancel requair for me. Absolutely absurd.
