On June 19th, I bought a flight ticket from eDreams for ₺15,000 for a trip from Paris to Antalya. Last week, the airline informed us that the flight we had booked in February has been canceled. After reaching out to Pegasus, they let me know that the flight was still scheduled, but they couldn't find a reservation in my name. I'm absolutely stunned and can't seem to get a hold of anyone for help. I had no choice but to buy another ticket from Sunexpress, which cost me an extra ₺20,000. Given the amount of effort I invested in saving this money, I am extremely let down.
