My 7-Month-Old Ecovacs Deebot N20 Keeps Failing With Sensor Errors
About 7 months ago, I purchased an Ecovacs Deebot N20 robot vacuum from Media Markt. Shortly after, the device began displaying sensor failure errors. While operating, it throws an error stating "no area to clean found," fails to clean, and is completely unable to return to its charging dock on its own.
I sent the product to authorized service under warranty twice. Most recently, it went in for service last week and was returned to me yesterday, yet the exact same malfunction persists without being fixed in any way. Even though I explicitly specified each time that the issue is sensor-related, the device continues to be returned to me unrepaired.
Despite sending an in-warranty product to service multiple times, I am suffering due to the lack of a permanent solution and utter indifference. I demand that the actual defect in the product be identified and repaired, or that a permanent resolution such as a unit replacement or full refund be provided. Please refer to record number 900605576 for this ongoing case.
