I Am Demanding a Full Refund From Media Markt for a Broken Ecovacs Robot Vacuum

On January 25, I purchased an Ecovacs T30c model robot vacuum from the Kayseri Forum Media Markt store. Despite using the product very lightly, in less than a month I began experiencing various technical issues, including the unit failing to find its station, erasing its map, and losing its memory history.
On March 9, I visited the Kayseri Forum Media Markt store where I bought the device, explained the issues in detail, and requested a unit exchange or a full refund. However, my request was dismissed, and the product was handed back to me after a simple reset without any real repairs performed.
When I tried to use the product again after picking it up from the store, the exact same issues persisted, and the robot completely stopped mopping altogether. Within the app, complete with timestamps, I consistently receive error messages such as "Mop pad tangled," "Deebot is off the floor," and "Dust bag full." I have video recordings, screen captures, and photos documenting these recurring malfunctions and error alerts. Due to these ongoing technical flaws, I have been unable to use the device properly for nearly two months.
Despite calling both Media Markt and the brand to report these repeated breakdowns and my ongoing ordeal, neither party provided a proper response or a permanent solution. I now demand a full refund for this defective product that constantly malfunctions and ruins my user experience. I request that my grievance be resolved quickly and that my payment be reimbursed in full.
