Ecovacs Refuses to Replace My Defective Deebot Pro Omni After Repeated Service Failures

In April 2026, I purchased an Ecovacs Deebot Pro Omni model robot vacuum through N11 from the seller ff Teknoloji. Shortly after I began using the product—about a month ago—an error warning light started illuminating on the device.
When I contacted authorized service, I was informed that maintenance had to be conducted using original parts, and we proceeded accordingly. However, the issue was not resolved at all. I subsequently shipped the unit to the service center, only for them to send it right back claiming "no issue found." The moment I tested the device upon its return, I encountered the exact same error light and problem, so I sent the product back to service that very same day, explicitly noting that I demanded a unit replacement.
Upon the second return, they claimed to have replaced the ignition/contact switch and handed the product back to me once again. Yet, when I tested the device, I saw that the exact same malfunction persisted. We spoke with the service team multiple times, and each time they simply asked us to perform a system reset—a step that failed to resolve the problem in any way.
I am unable to use the product properly, and I have suffered both financially and in terms of wasted time. Despite going through all these processes, a product replacement is persistently denied. As a customer who trusted your brand, I demand that this grievance be resolved and that my defective product be replaced with a brand-new unit.
