Ebebek Refused to Give Me an Extra Shopping Bag
Today, around 3:10 PM, I was shopping at Ebebek and asked for an extra bag for my purchase. However, the staff refused to give me one without providing any explanation. I wasn’t asking for anything for free—I was willing to pay for the extra bag. So why was I denied?
Previously, my spouse bought a gift item from the same store, and they only provided a gift wrap, not a bag. That’s why I requested an extra bag this time, but they simply said, "We can't give you one." If this is a legal restriction, why wasn’t I informed?
If you're going to limit bags per purchase, then provide a bag for each item—especially since customers pay for them! This policy is completely unreasonable. Ebebek, explain this!
