I Lost Money After Amerikapostam Refused to Return My eBay Cosmetic Order

I trusted Amerikapostam and purchased a $100 hair loss prevention product from eBay. I shipped the item to the U.S. address provided on their website, and then paid ₺102 on their platform to have it forwarded to me in Turkey. Only after they received the product did they inform me that since it was a cosmetic item, they would not ship it internationally due to customs restrictions.
Had I known this in advance, I would never have used their service.
I then initiated a return request through eBay, received a return ID and return address, and asked Amerikapostam to send the item back. They flat-out refused unless I generated my own shipping label—something that wasn’t required with other services I’ve used. Even then, they said I would need to pay an extra ₺40 for the return shipment.
