Unfortunately, my eBay order with tracking code EEUS004666425TR was mistakenly delivered to someone else. Even though my address and name are clearly stated on the eBay site, the system is indicating that the product has been delivered. It's frustrating that I'm the one footing the bill, but someone else gets to receive the item. We are unable to find a solution through the app, and unfortunately, there is currently no customer service representative available to assist. I never expected to come across such an issue.
