My eBay Return Has Been Stuck for 25 Days – I Want My Refund

I have an ongoing return case on eBay. Initially, the return shipment was sent to the wrong address, but we managed to correct it. However, for the past 20–25 days, there has been no movement or update on the tracking information. The shipment appears to be stuck in transit, and I have not received my refund.

I feel wronged and frustrated by this situation. My tracking number is EEUS018460886TRO, and there are actually two tracking numbers showing up for the same return, which is causing confusion.

I request that this issue be corrected immediately and that my refund be processed as soon as possible.
