I purchased a voltage stabilizer for a topdon t30000 ECU programming tool on eBay. However, due to customs procedures, I was informed that I needed to pay an extra ₺9,000. They said it required an additional TSE certificate and many other procedures. The tax I need to pay is more expensive than the product itself; I can't afford it. Therefore, I couldn't collect the product from Izmir customs. I waited for it to be returned, but it ended up back at Istanbul customs. However, it's been about 40 days, and because eBay marked the product as 'abandoned' during shipping, it cannot be returned from Istanbul. eBay is avoiding help, saying the return period has expired and the matter is closed. How can I get my money back? If I complain to CİMER, will it help, or am I hoping for assistance from knowledgeable individuals on this matter? Thank you.
