I bought a voltage stabilizer for a Topdon T30000 ECU programmer on eBay. Unfortunately, I was informed that I needed to pay an additional amount of approximately ₺9,000 due to customs procedures. I received a notification stating that there is an additional TSE document requirement and several other procedures that need to be followed. The tax I have to pay is ridiculously high, making it impossible for me to afford. As a result, I was unable to retrieve the product from Izmir customs. I patiently anticipated its arrival, and the product has now made its way back to the customs in Istanbul. Unfortunately, due to an error on eBay's part, the product was mistakenly labeled as 'abandoned' during shipping, making it impossible to return from Istanbul for approximately 40 days. eBay refuses to assist, claiming that the return period has ended and the case is closed. Is there a way to receive a refund for the payment I made? Is it worth reaching out to CIMER to address the problem, or should I rely on the expertise of others to help me with this? Thanks a lot.
